Is Lavender the only essential oil that can help you sleep?

Is Lavender the only essential oil that can help you sleep?

Lavender is the most popular essential oil to help you sleep - but it is not the only one.

Lavender is popular for a reason. There have been more peer reviewed research studies about lavender's effectiveness on sleeping patterns than any other essential oil.

However, if you do not like lavender, here are some alternatives that can still help you catch up beautiful zzzzz's:

(I have put our Fleurette blends that contain that oil in brackets)

Vetiver (Peace & Quiet)

Marjoram

Chamomile (Peace & Quiet)

Neroli (Surrounded By Love)

Clary Sage (Be Still, My Heart & Its Going to be Ok)

Melissa (Also known as Lemon Balm - used in Surrounded By Love)

Using essential oils is ONE part of a holistic practice to get more sleep. Monitor your sugar intake in the hours leading to bed, avoid bright lights, include a herbal tea in your unwinding routine and journal your worries and thoughts so your brain can relax and sleep.
 Remember consistency is key!
 Wishing you better sleep.
