I almost christened this blend – Australiana because on first inspection it smells like walking through a lush, crisp, national park filled with gum trees and undisturbed pine cones. It is a fresh, versatile blend with a wide variety of uses for both your body and home.

WHAT’S IN THIS BLEND: Pure essential oils of Lemon (citrus limonum), Tea Tree (melaleuca alternifolia), Eucalyptus (eucalyptus globulus) – and nothing more.
HOW TO USE IT: Our blends are uniquely made to fit into your lifestyle. Here are a few tips on how to use them in a way that best suits you and your lifestyle.
For temporary relief from symptoms of sinusitis, nasal congestion or hay fever add 3 – 4 drops in your diffuser or oil burner and top with up to 10ml of water. Please do not leave your diffuser or burner unattended.
We all respond differently to scent intensity. We recommend you start with the suggested number of drops and add or subtract oil drops as you become familiar with the scent. The size of the room you are using the burner in will also make a difference to the amount of the blend you use. Practice makes perfect. Keep tweaking with the number of drops until you find what works for you.
Add 1-2 drops to 10ml of carrier oil, such as sweet almond oil or fractionated coconut oil and rub onto your chest or upper back for relief from congestion, coughs and sinusitis. For adult use only.
Add 3-4 drops to your warm bath for relief from congestion. A warm bath can also help to soothe aching limbs. Please ensure oils and water are thoroughly mixed BEFORE stepping into your bath.
Add 2 – 3 drops on a tissue and inhale deeply throughout the day.

Remember to keep your bottle tightly shut at all times to prevent oxidation.
