You are not having a midlife crisis!

You are not having a mid-life crisis.

A crisis is defined as a time of great disagreement, confusion, or suffering.

You are not having a mid-life crisis. You are experiencing a mid-life alignment.

You are having an awareness that there are things you want in your life that you didn't prioritise - and have a sense that time is running out – and now you are on the cusp of making some fundamental changes to reach those goals.

Perhaps now is the time to define the real crisis.

How many of your decisions are controlled by low self-esteem, low self-worth, constant external validation, imposter syndrome, bitterness, silent rage, regret, internal conflict? Are these not a crisis?

Maybe now is the time to move into the person you always longed to be – and make decisions that put you closer to the dreams you want to accomplish.

It may also be the time to make peace with yourself about the things you didn’t achieve or complete and put your energy into a new goal.

If we stop and take a breath, I believe we all have a whisper of what we need to do in order to live what we consider an authentically fulfilled life....but we don't do it.

We don't take the steps.

We don't voice our needs.

We silence our desires.

And then wonder why - as we get older - our bodies crumble under the weight of our disservice to ourselves.... which manifest (in some cases) as heart disease, alcoholism, high blood pressure, hopelessness, anger, resentment, bitterness. The heart, mind, body, health are all connected. We cannot escape this.

My dear beautiful - don't you think it's time to lean into the unease, the questions, the discomfort, the uncomfortable conversations and be brave enough to align yourself with the best version you know you can be?

You are worthy of a life aligned to your deepest authentic desires.
You are worthy of a life aligned to the best version you know you can be.

Start with a journal.

Unravel your mind.

Write down a mind map.

Make the changes.

Set the goals.

Take small steps.

You are not having a mid-life crisis.

You are experiencing a mid-life alignment.

Your best years are ahead of you.

Promise!
