Dealing with silent rage.

Ever had a sudden burst of anger?

An explosive outburst?

Tantrum?

All these are signs of repressed anger...which is really sadness in disguise.

We've all been taught to be nice...and it wouldn't surprise me to find out that you've had these outbursts in private...when it's just you in the car...or alone at home..and you fly into a rage, or shout, or break things in anger....

I'm all for a good release....but continuous exposure to this level of stress is not good for you, your health, your body.

Be mindful of the thoughts that don't make you calm (in a holistic sense).

Be mindful of the private outbursts.

Be mindful of how you are treating your body.

Anger is sadness in disguise.

Maybe its time to really dig deep and find out what is making you sad.

Use your favourite Fleurette pulse points or essential oils to help you find some quiet time so you can identify what is behind the outbursts...before you do or say something you regret.

The following essential oils are great to help you find calm so you can figure out what's really going on:

  • Clary Sage
  • Geranium
  • Frankincense
  • Mellissa
  • Patchouli
  • Vertiver
  • Rose
  • Bergamot

I recommend using products from our Be Still My Heart range or Calm Balance range.

Sending love and light your way.
