Over the years I've had people assume that because I am an Aromatherapist that I also do readings, crystals, reiki etc.

Um the answer is no. Readings, crystals etc are simply not something I include in my personal life and therefore are not part of my business.

And no I am not judging those who do. Everyone is entitled to their choices. No hate from me.

I've always approached Aromatherapy as part art, part science. For example the proven research showing the effectiveness of certain oils to calm breathing, lower nervous tension, help with sleep etc.

In the same breath, I don't dismiss that there is a spiritual side to life....but I believe those are choices people should make for themselves.

What's your take? Do you associate Aromatherapy with spirituality or are they two separate things?.
