Living a fast paced lifestyle has consequences including stress, nervous fatigue, poor mental health, headaches, depression and more. Our inability to shut down and switch off is doing us more harm than good.
Be Still My Heart is a comforting, soothing and grounding blend created to allay feelings of anger, anxiety and frustration and promote calm, quiet and rest.
SCENT PROFILE: A warm, herbaceous, floral earthy scent with a bold, round finish. It has a high scent intensity. A little goes a long way with this blend.
WHAT’S IN THIS BLEND: Pure essential oils of Melissa (Melissa officinalis), Chamomile (matricaria chamomile), Bergamot (Citrus Aurantium Bergamia), Clary Sage (Salvia sclarea) and Frankincense (Boswellia Serrata) and nothing more.
HOW TO USE IT: Our blends are uniquely made to fit into your lifestyle. Here are a few tips on how to use them in a way that best suits you and your lifestyle.
To create a quiet, soothing space add add 3 – 4 drops in your diffuser or oil burner and top with up to 10ml of water. Please do not leave your diffuser or burner unattended.
We all respond differently to scent intensity. We recommend you start with the suggested number of drops and add or subtract oil drops as you become familiar with the scent. The size of the room you are using the burner in will also make a difference to the amount of the blend you use. Practice makes perfect. Keep tweaking with the number of drops until you find what works for you.
Add 1-2 drops to 10ml of a carrier oil, such as sweet almond oil or fractionated coconut oil, for an uplifting, reviving massage. (Or you could simply try our Stress Buster Body & Massage oil).
Add 3-4 drops to your bath for an intense calming and rejuvenating bath experience. Please ensure oils and water are thoroughly mixed BEFORE stepping into your bath.
Add 2 – 3 drops on a tissue and inhale deeply when you feel you’re about to have a ‘moment’ (adult word for chucking a tantrum / losing the plot). (Or you could use our Stress Buster pulse point).
Refresh dirty towels by adding 3 – 4 drops to your laundry and wash as usual.

Please keep out of reach of children and pets. Not recommended for use during pregnancy. Our blends will last longer if stored in a dark, cool cupboard. Remember to keep your bottle tightly shut at all times to prevent oxidation.
