It’s a calming, balancing and soothing blend of pure essential oils – perfect for easing nervous tension, supporting peaceful sleep and highly recommended for moisturising dry, devitalised skin.

SCENT PROFILE: A strong, sweetish, warm, soft, yet herbaceous blend. We use quality Australian lavender so it doesn’t have that sharpness commonly associated with inferior quality lavender.

WHAT’S IN THIS BLEND: Pure essential oils of Lavender (lavendula angustofolia), Chamomile (matricaria chamomile) with Sweet Almond oil (prunis amygdalus dulcis) – and nothing more.

Our body and massage oils are suitable for vegans, free from animal products, free from artificial preservatives and colourings, cruelty free and proudly made with sustainably sourced raw materials.

HOW TO USE IT:

RELAX / MASSAGE Lavender and chamomile are the ‘power couple’ for relaxation. Use liberally for a full body relaxing and calming massage. Our body oils are easily absorbed and will not leave you feeling greasy.

SLEEP – Tired of tossing and turning to get some sleep? Make our Peace & Quiet body oil part of your bed time ritual.

SKIN - To condition and nourish dry, devitalised skin, use our Peace & Quiet body oil all over your body especially after a shower /bath. It is a quality, luxurious oil and a little goes a long way.

Sweet Almond oil is a well-recognised, effective excellent emollient and is known for its ability to soften and re-condition the skin. It is easily absorbed and rich in minerals, vitamins and proteins. Lavender and chamomile are the ‘power couple’ for skin care. They are both known for their abilities to regenerate and rejuvenate skin.

One of the secrets to a good night’s sleep is predictability. Establish a simple and effective bed time process which may include:

• have a shower an hour before you need to sleep;
• take the time to massage yourself with our Peace & Quiet body oil;
• create a peaceful, serene atmosphere by planning a few drops of our Peace & Quiet blend in your diffuser or on your pillow;
• refrain from using your mobile phone at least half an hour before bed;
• enjoy a warm cup of tea or glass of milk;
• read a book or listen to music;
• make sure your room is cool and dark before going to bed.

SAFETY FIRST: Our massage blends are made with pure 100% essential oils blended with Sweet Almond oil. Please do not use them on children under 2 years of age. For external use only. Please keep out of reach of children and pets. Not recommended for use during pregnancy. Our blends will last longer if stored in a dark, cool cupboard. Remember to keep your bottle tightly shut at all times to prevent oxidation.
