It’s a calming, almost sedative, balancing and soothing blend of pure essential oils – perfect for easing nervous tension. Promoting relaxation and peace, it may help you sleep soundly.
SCENT PROFILE: A strong, sweetish, warm, soft, yet herbaceous blend. We use quality Australian lavender so it doesn’t have that sharpness commonly associated with inferior quality lavender.
WHAT’S IN THIS BLEND: Pure essential oils of Lavender (lavendula angustofolia), Chamomile (matricaria chamomile), Vetiver (andropogon muricatus) – and nothing more.
HOW TO USE IT: Our blends are uniquely made to fit into your lifestyle. Here are a few tips on how to use them in a way that best suits you and your lifestyle.
To create a quiet, soothing atmosphere place 3 – 4 drops in your diffuser or oil burner and top with up to 10ml of water. Please do not leave your diffuser or burner unattended.
We all respond differently to scent intensity. We recommend you start with the suggested number of drops and add or subtract oil drops as you become familiar with the scent. The size of the room you are using the burner in will also make a difference to the amount of the blend you use. Practice makes perfect. Keep tweaking with the number of drops until you find what works for you.
Add 2-3 drops on either side of your pillow for a good night’s sleep. (This is a favourite method with our customers. It is best to use on everyday cotton pillowcases – not your expensive silk sheets.)
Add 2 - 3 drops to 10ml of a carrier oil, such as sweet almond oil or fractionated coconut oil, for a relaxing massage. (Or you could simply try our Peace & Quiet Body & Massage oil).
Add 3-4 drops to a warm bath for a calming, quiet experience. Please ensure oils and water are thoroughly mixed BEFORE stepping into your bath.
Place 2-3 drops on a tissue and inhale deeply when you’re feeling nervous, impatient, angry or stressed. (Or you could use our Peace & Quiet pulse point).

A good night’s sleep is a necessity for everyone – parents included. Our Peace & Quiet blend is a favourite with parents who are looking for a natural alternative to calm their children (2 years and over) in preparation for bedtime. We recommend adding 2-3 drops of our Peace & Quiet blend to your diffuser or oil burner 1-2 hours before bedtime. Place the diffuser/burner in your living area so your household can enjoy the benefits. We also recommend incorporating consistent sleep hygiene as part of your routine.
SAFETY FIRST: Our lifestyle blends are made with pure 100% essential oils. Please do not use them on children under 2 years of age. For external use only. Not to be used undiluted on skin. Please keep out of reach of children and pets. Not recommended for use during pregnancy. Our blends will last longer if stored in a dark, cool cupboard. Remember to keep your bottle tightly shut at all times to prevent oxidation.
