WHAT’S IN THIS BLEND: Pure essential oils of Lemon Myrtle (backhousia citriodora),Sweet Orange (citrus sinensis)– and nothing more.
HOW TO USE IT: Our blends are uniquely made to fit into your lifestyle. Here are a few tips on how to use them in a way that best suits you and your lifestyle.
To create a quiet, soothing atmosphere place 3 – 4 drops in your diffuser or oil burner and top with up to 10ml of water. Please do not leave your diffuser or burner unattended.
We all respond differently to scent intensity. We recommend you start with the suggested number of drops and add or subtract oil drops as you become familiar with the scent. The size of the room you are using the burner in will also make a difference to the amount of the blend you use. Practice makes perfect. Keep tweaking with the number of drops until you find what works for you.
Add 2-3 drops on either side of your pillow for a good night’s sleep. (This is a favourite method with our customers. It is best to use on everyday cotton pillowcases – not your expensive silk ones.)
Place 2-3 drops on a tissue and inhale deeply when you’re feeling nervous, impatient, angry or stressed.

Lemon Myrtle is a great oil to use for relief from stuffy noses, sore throats and winter germs. Place a few drops in your oil burner or diffuser or add 2 – 3 drops to at least 10ml of your favourite carrier oil (like Sweet Almond or Jojoba) and massage onto your chest and back. For children under 12, please use 1 – 2 drops diluted in a carrier oil.
