Inspired by Jane Eyre, this blend is an empowering, calming and balancing combination of frankincense, ylang ylang, clary sage and sweet orange to help you focus and reflect.

SCENT PROFILE: A long lasting, slightly woody, calming, floral and rich blend.
WHAT’S IN THIS BLEND: Pure essential oils of Sweet Orange (citrus sinensis), Frankincense (Boswellia Serrata Oil) Clary Sage (Salvia sclarea) and Ylang Ylang (Cananga odorata).
HOW TO USE IT: Our blends are uniquely made to fit into your lifestyle. Here are a few tips on how to use them in a way that best suits you and your lifestyle.
For temporary relief from symptoms of stress, insomnia, nervous tension and anxiety, add 6-8 drops in your diffuser or oil burner and top with up to 10ml of water. Please do not leave your diffuser or burner unattended.
We all respond differently to scent intensity. We recommend you start with the suggested number of drops and add or subtract oil drops as you become familiar with the scent. The size of the room you are using the burner in will also make a difference to the amount of the blend you use. Practice makes perfect. Keep tweaking with the number of drops until you find what works for you.
Add 1-2 drops to 10ml of carrier oil, such as sweet almond oil or fractionated coconut oil and rub onto your chest or upper back for relief from insomnia and stress related conditions.
Add 2 – 3 drops on a tissue and inhale deeply throughout the day.
