Our Calm Balance blend is a grounding, floral blend to restore calm and support recovery from anxiety and stress related conditions.

WHAT’S IN THIS BLEND: Pure essential oils of Rose (rosa damascene), Geranium (pelargonium graveolens), Chamomile (matricaria chamomile)
HOW TO USE IT: Our blends are uniquely made to fit into your lifestyle. Here are a few tips on how to use them in a way that best suits you and your lifestyle.
To create a much needed moment of calm in your living spaces, place 3 – 4 drops in your diffuser or oil burner and top with up to 10ml of water. Please do not leave your diffuser or burner unattended.
We all respond differently to scent intensity. We recommend you start with the suggested number of drops and add or subtract oil drops as you become familiar with the scent. The size of the room you are using the burner in will also make a difference to the amount of the blend you use. Practice makes perfect. Keep tweaking with the number of drops until you find what works for you.
Add 2-3 drops on either side of your pillow for a good night’s sleep. (This is a favourite method with our customers. It is best to use on cotton pillowcases.)
Add 2-3 drops on a tissue and inhale deeply when you’re feeling nervous, impatient, angry or stressed. (Or you could use our Calm Balance pulse point).

SAFETY FIRST: We make our lifestyle blends with pure 100% essential oils. Please do not use our lifestyle blends on children under 2 years of age. For external use only. Not to be used neat on skin. Please keep out of reach of children and pets. Not recommended for use during pregnancy. Our blends will last longer if stored in a dark, cool cupboard. Remember to keep your bottle tightly shut at all times to prevent oxidation.
